My name is Kate Sanner and I know those feelings.  I’ve had them myself.  As a woman in mid-life, with my own group practice for many years, I felt something pulling me to create something new. 

But starting out, I had more enthusiasm than know-how.  When I became a psychotherapist and co-founded a group practice I thought I would be living my dream.  I truly believed I’d have financial freedom as a business owner.  But nothing could be farther from the reality.  Lots of long hours, no paid vacations, no sick leave, lots of overhead.  Not what I expected.
